Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds 1975 hit “Fallin’ In Love.”

Sound familiar? Drake Drizzy Rogers sampled the beginning for "Best I Ever Had". To every listeners surprise, and probably Drake's as well, he's being sued by none other than Playboy Music (who knew they made music?).

My question is, why now? I guess that's a testament to Playboy's ability to spot a hit.

Careful Drake...the beginning of this song sounds familiar too...
